Remove device doesn't remove device or stop device from using account

I have recently split from my partner after finding out she was sleeping with my best friend! Naturally I would now like to remove her device from my nowtv subscription. So I have removed her iPad from my devices multiple times through my logged in account but it is still there when I login and what she watches still appears in my watching list. I have removed this device through the nowtv app in the branded roku machine and through logging in via a browser.

I have also changed the account password and the account adult pin but nothing is stopping her from watching my nowtv.

Can you please advice how I can actually stop a remote device from using my account details without me being able to log that device out?

Any help with this would really be appreciated, many thanks

You can add new devices now. it will show the 1st of July but just ignore that.

It's also an issue with the device not actually being removed right? Considering that programs are being viewed on the other device last night?

The ipad was removed and added back on twice. However it was removed again this morning i assume by yourself and so it shouldn't be available anymore. Unless the ipad is put back on.

So when the app is used it's put back on the device list? Even though it is using the old password?
Surely an app being turned on with an old password should not be able to add itself back into the device list? I presume that's your bug right there

Yes I removed it again this morning

@Anonymous User do you have any other tablets mobiles of your own that you could use to fill the slots?

I do yes but as said I can only add new devices next month. Not sure why that is a feature when there is a limit of 4.

Thanks @Anonymous User for the work around. I have filled that up with 4 devices (after knocking the dust off my HTC)
