Remove My Card Details.

I am enraged with the service your company has been providing me, charging me without consent, keeping all my details, I wish to remove my card completely from your service now as I have no entitlement to stay with you, please could you take my card off, and my personal details, Now TV has been the worst subscription service I have ever seen, not impressed.

Hi @Anonymous User you are posts in Now's public forum. To deal with the account matter confidentially you need chat. At bottom of my reply you should see, contact us in red. Click that and then select chat. They should be able to help you. Please note that they may be busy today with launch of new kids pass.
