I need a refund of £635 of payments taken out from my account. I purchased a £6.99 pass on the 08/08/2017 and stupidly left my credit card details on the now TV box. I have a younger sibling who has been purchasing passes and items Etc since the date stated till this current day. It's really urgent I sort this out ASAP sorry for the inconvenience thanks
