Refund please today

Please refund the £3.99 for the kids pass on my account, I was clicking on the how did we do box in my account and it closed when I was clicking it and I clicked the kids pass box by mistake. So I want my money back for it please.

To avoid this happening in the future i would recommend using the Payment PIN feature in your nowtv account.
