Payment

Hello

 

im just posting in regard to my now tv account.  I was credited £6.99 on the 3rd April. They then took the payment back and the £9.99 a month I pay for my movie account on the same day. But today I have been charged £6.99 again for my tv account. Could somebody get in touch with me regarding this please?

Hi @Anonymous User,

 

It would seen you have taken out a 'Cinema' subscription (£9.99 PM) and an 'Entertainment' subscription (£6.99 PM).

 

Each 'rolling' subscription most likely has a different billing date. All of which will be stated within the 'View my bills' area of your 'My Account'...

 

If you no longer wish to have to one or both of your subscriptions, you will have to 'officially' cancel them, which can be done by accessing the 'My Passes' area of your 'My Account'. After which NOW TV will send you a confirmation email(s).
