Payment taken twice for sports pass that wasn't issued

Today like lots of others I tried repeatedly to purchase a sports pass for the biggest match of the season only for now tv to fail due to technical issues. I've since checked my bank and have so far got 2 £6.99 payments pending!!! Very frustrating.

Hi all,

 

For anyone who's had over-payment and/or Sports service connectivity issues today, I suggest you contact a NOW TV representative via the forums 'Live Chat' facility and explain your problem to them... 

 

The easiest way of accessing 'Live Chat' is by using a Windows or Mac computer, along with various many makes and models of mobile phones and tablets (provided their screen resolution is high enough). Here's what you need to do: -

 

  • Click on the following: How To Contact NOW TV link.
  • Click on the blue 'Start Live Chat' button on the left of the web page.
  • A new 'What can we help you with today?' pop-up window should open up.
  • Click on the 'Request Chat' button.

Hi I did this and was given the link to the forum and told I would get the information I needed on the link. The link took me to the post about there being a payment issue that would be dealt with as soon as possible. No help what so ever. So I'm still out of pocket and missed the match. 😕 Sad times.
