Got another Email stating payment failed even though i cancelled in Oct. I don't want it to renew every month as i have Sky at the moment. I put a block with my bank to stop payments further.
Is there a way to stop auto renew payments each month it is really frustrating. Erggggghhhhhh!!!!!!
