Passes dissapearing

Hello.

My entertainment and movie passes disappear. 7 days before my subscription ends i always applied a voucher code. when it comes to the renewal time my voucher disappear from my account and end up getting billed i can then again apply the same voucher the day after for it to go through again i contact now TV through live chat but they don't get it. how can it be that difficult to understand. if my movie or entertainment is due to run out on say the 20th November, if i apply a movie voucher code for 2 months on the 13th of November, in my account it will say you have applied a pass you will next be billed 9.99 on the 20th January. i check my bank on 21st of November to find out i have been charged 9.99 log in to now tv to find my voucher code is no longer there and my next bill date will be for 9.99 on 20th December enter my pass again and yet again it works. my pass came a new now tv smart box from a reptuble shop not online or ebay.
