Parental Pin Number

I have forgotten the parental pin I set up when I registered - can you tell me how to reset ?

Hi there,

 

to avoid confusion we've updated the answer to this question:

To reset your PIN:

 

1. Go to the "My Account" menu from the top of the page (you might be asked to sign in)

2. Choose "Settings & PINs"

3. Click the 3rd button in the list "Reset your PIN"

4. Enter your password

3. Choose a NEW Pin and enter the digits 

5. Click "Save PIN"

6. You're all set!

@Anonymous User if you have not found it yet, you should be able to see a gray envelope in your top right in the long gray bar on your screen.

I dont remember setting a parental pin

when i signed up to Now tv

my first use was to watch football on pc No problem

 

But i have only just bought a Now tv Box signed up to the Movies

and can only watch childrens films as it comes up on the screen Parental Pin required

I would like to enjoy all films during Xmas please help

I don't remember being asked to set a parental password, so I am unable to watch anything, any help on being able to reset the password ??

Go into your account online and you can set this again now.

Hi having same trouble as many it seems, cant watch any movies due to needing a pin which i did not even set or was not even given.

 

 Can't set a pin as an old one is needed which i dont have please can you help as can't use the service which i have paid for due to this, i have all info written down and nothing about a pin was asked or given thanks in advance.
