I tried one of the NOWTV passes a couple of years ago but cancelled after the trial. I never made a purchase.
I now want to take advantage of your Black Friday deals but was not allowed as I am still being regarded as a customer.
I dont understand how I could be regarded as a customer having never subscribed to yout service after the trial period.
Can you please correct the status to enable me pay for one of the Black Friday deals as a new customer OR remove all my details from your system outright.
I need IMMEDIATE action on this please.
