NowTV Free box voucher code but still charged me

I recieved an email saying 'We're giving you a free box'
I went through all the steps and applied the voucher code so the £14.99 was discounted and it showed amount to be paid £0.00, when I pressed buy, it has still charged me £14.99 and they have taken the money from my bank account.

 

Has this happened to anybody else?

Welcome to the forum. I think one or two people have mentioned it. Best thing would be to pop onto live chat and ask them to refund the charge for you. You can  get to live chat from the Contact Us page
