Now TV pass not stacking

I've recently purchased 2 nowTV 3 month entertainment passes and applied them both however the dates do not seem to stack. My account is showing only as if I have applied 1 three month pass to my account and not 2.

 

can someone from support please look into this for me?

Hi @Karine88,

 

The 'voucher passes' are not stackable. And never have been!

 

You have to keep an eye on the offer ends on dates when your 'rolling' subscriptions are due to expire. And either cancel them or 'apply' a new voucher pass code before the offer ends on date expires or your assigned debit/credit card will be charged!

 

The new pass will commence only after your existing pass expires. So you don't lose-out on any days.

You can add another pass of the same type, only when the current pass has one month or less to run.

Cummulative subscription

I bought three smart tv boxes bundled with total 15 month of entertaiment i would like to be able to add all my vouchers to my account before they get expired...
