I'm off, I just wanted to thank those people in the community who helped me in my time here with some helpful suggestions.

Now TV Technical Team were frankly a waste of space. The chat people were helpful (thanks) but I just got the scripted response to my LG technical issue, and no one bothered to respond when I posted a speedtest (their idea). I suspect they're not bothered now as I've let my sports pass lapse, due to the picture quality issues. I'd make a complaint, but no doubt it would receive the same disinterest.
A postscript : Last night, I went down my local pub and supported them by spending the £6.99 I'd have spent on a day pass on a couple of pints, whilst watching the game on Sky proper. I urge you all to do the same.

If all you want to do is 'cancel' your NOW TV subscription(s) perhaps the following 'Help Centre' article may be of use to you: How do I cancel my passes?
However, if you wish to have NOW TV account/card details removed from the NOW TV system (which is subject to the Data Protection Act), you will need to contact a NOW TV representative via the forums 'Live Chat' facility and explain your requirements to them.
The easiest way of accessing 'Live Chat' is by using a Windows or Mac computer, along with various many makes and models of mobile phones and tablets (provided their screen resolution is high enough). Here's what you need to do: -
