I signed up for the one off payment for Sports Pass in August. Then just noticed that 2 payments taken in sept and october for Cinema Pass,which I never subcribed too. I have sent two messages to complaints team - no response. Then get an email saying that as not heard from you the complaint is closed ( 03861467).!! Cannot find live chat on site,no phone number to contact you,no email address,to me only interested in taking money. Please can someone contact me - you have my phone number in my account re this please.
