I was charged £9.99 twice on the same day. I’ve subscribed to Now TV for over a year with no trouble. I contacted them via chat, and they confirmed I only have one account. I provided proof that I was charged twice, and received an email stating my complaint was now closed and they hoped I’m satisfied with the outcome. What outcome? They haven’t informed me of any outcome? Bloody useless!
