Now TV Customer Service Pathetic call waiting

What a dreadful service.  Still no broadband connection.  Despite receiving an SMS to see fault on line is cleared.  Have been on hold waiting to speak with an advisor, for over 50 minutes this is after the automated service call wait times about 10 minutes.  

It is difficult to get hold of anyone.  I have no choice to cancel my direct debit, write a letter of complaint after eventually obtaining Now TV address.

So not happy with this service in the slightest. I really wish i read the reviews before joining this company.

We are trying as best we can to get to every customers query as quickly as possible.
