Not accepting payments

NowTV is not accepting payments from new debit card today. Is there an issue. I was on an offer since January, and added new card last month, no new payments have been taken, and none were due. I am trying to buy the F1 package, but it keeps coming up with an error "contact your bank blah blah". If you're not gonna take payments then its game over NowwTV.

@m4ttgtr If you've double checked your payment details are correct on your My Account > Payment Details page

then I'd suggest popping onto live chat and seeing if they can help

Forget that, my bad. Stupid bank is asking for confirmation. Cos thats what I would do, buy content from NowTV with a stolen CC.

@m4ttgtr No worries, sounds like your bank saw the £150 payment and significantly more than usual NOW TV payments and it triggered an alert. Glad you're sorted.
