Not accepting card

I tried seven times to enter card details they've just lost a customer total amateurs in my opinion , ITS A TOTAL JOKE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I know and me it's bloody stupid! What a joke. Been trying for last hour and half! No help from now tv. Just lost my custom also!

Totally useless, football game is about to start and no cards will work on mine and my husbands NOW TV accounts. Will miss the game now, furious!!

Been on the phone to sky, who can't help as nowtv are separate. No estimated time of fix. What a waste of time waiting in to watch the game. Poor service from one of the biggest company's in the world. Hope they compensate the fans who they target to pay for this service. Missing the goals as I write. Fuming.
