Not accepting card payment

Hi there seems to be a problem with taking a payment from my card it is asking me to update my card details, I have read similar issues in the forums but Nothing was helpful. All my card information is correct so it must be an issue with NOWTV any help would be greatly appreciated???

Its also worth re-entering the card details even if everything already looks fine, but if you still have problems pop onto live chat and they can help check what the issue is. You'll find the button for live chat on this page
