I am shocked and appalled by the service I have recived by you. Today I have recived an email from my bank advising me that now tv have tried to take money from my account for an automatic renewal. I never agreed to anything when I purchased by now box last November I have had the 3 months entertainment package and now I can't cancel as you are after money that you are never going to get or entitled to. Sort this out please

Thanks for getting in touch, sorry that you were unaware of the auto renewal function on the service. As mentioned by @Anonymous User this would have been made apparent on your journey of setting up the account and when applying the voucher. I can however see this was resolved via our team in another case which is great.
