No customer service

I have purchased the wrong package and when trying to find live chat or email the option surely going through sky to try and get through to the now tv isnt the usual way of going about it

 

All i want is to change the package, dont feel like spending nearly £10 on something I wont use

 

anyone got the link to live chat so I can use it on my laptop?

To get to Live Chat click on this link http://help.nowtv.com/article/How-to-cancel-NOW-TV and hit the green Contact Us at the bottom of the page, this will take you to the Live Chat & Email options (8am - Midnight). Best to use a PC/Mac.

Reading your post are you trying to change the type of NowTV pass for example say switching from Movies to Entertainment or vice versa or are you just trying to watch NowTv on your Laptop instead of your Xbox ?

Can some please tell me how to get in touch with customer services?? I am sick to death with it. I can't get in touch with them. We need to go to watchdog i am they are talong money out of my account and I haven't lived there for 6 month I have already told them 😠😠😠😠

The link doesn't work.  I have been trying to cancel my pass before it renews so no money is taken from my account but the page isn't loading i can access everything else including applying a voucher and viewing payments but can't cancel my pass.  Live chat doesn't work.  I click on it and a symbol appears and nothing happens.  I have been trying for the past 3hrs.  It's 6pm and well within the advertised operational times for livechat, however livechat it isn't.  I don't want to stop using nowtv it's been great it's just cheaper to buy vouchers to top up rather than automatically renew through the bank.  However this is really annoying that there is no information about what is happening.  I can't be the only person have this problem.

When you are trying to cancel your pass is the page continually loading with the spinning coloured circles, if so have you tried disabling your ad blocker on your device or use a different internet browser ?

 

If the next due payment is today, does the cancel button show it's greyed out and nothing happens when you click on it, if this is the case try live chat on this link page below.
