No active accounts Help

SO i have 3 accounts but none of them have active payments going out of them or cards attached to them, but when ever i try to click on the message support on the site it keeps sending me around in circles im being charged every week for a payment im not even using coz none of my accounts are active its really frustation losing money every month for something i cant access some help would be really nice

You will need to do it for each account separately.
Also make sure you cancel each excess account, you need to confirm cancellation until it tells you that it is cancelled. You will get an email confirmation.
