New now tv box

I've just received my now tv box. Absolutely gutted to find its classed as a device! Luckily I had just deleted a device to add another, so I have to wait a couple of days. But I'm not happy that it's not a standalone entity.

Any plans for making it a separate device alone rather than out of the allowance?

Sorry if you were unaware that the box counted as a device. I don't think there are any plans to not make the box as part of your 4 devices. 

 

However if there is any change to this we will let you know.
