My devices

Hello , 

I've emailed twice regarding my devices. Due to having new devices at home . I removed them . Trying to add new devices it is telling me I can't do this until 1st of December? I'm paying for a service which I can't use . Is there anyway you could solve this for me . Many thanks Emma

hi, 

i have registered my laptop as my third device and its saying i cant use it as its not a registered device, i have also had a replacement phone and i can't add this till 1st dec , i work away all week and these 2 devices are the only way i can watch now tv, i cant use the service at all currently.

hello there, sorry to bother you, i have the exact same issue where one of my family members has added a laptop and now i can not use my stick (which i have been using). it now asks me to wait till december. please help.
