I , like many others, bought a 6 MTH. entertainment pass and it certainly wasn't free!

ANNOYED I can't participate in the current BF 12 month offer as my pass runs till May.
To cultivate customer retention/loyalty, NOWTV should find a workaround for this so users such as myself can buy into the 12mth. deal if we want to.

Had the same issue, six weeks left on my 6 month paid for pass (NOT FREE) so could not take up the offer. In the end I have cancelled everything and the NOW box is ready for the tip.
Have been a customer since nearly day one (Movies in SD only on white box) but NOW TV do not reconise and repay customer loyalty.
