MONTH FREE PASS BUT CHARGED AFTER 14 DAYS!

Whh have I been charged £7.99 when I won a free month which I signed up with on 22nd March my pass isn't due to run out until 22nd April yet money was taken from my account without my permission. I'm not happy and it's very frustrating you can't speak to anyone on the phone about it, the online chat doesn't work either. I feel like I've been conned

@Anonymous User where did you win it? Did you keep the voucher/code? If you have pop into chat and they should be able to look into it for you.
