I have no information showing on my Now TV account when I log in - I was trying to connect to a new device to use Now TV and it said I could not watch the programme as I did not have a pass so I logged on to my account and there is no pass showing, no payment details no billing past or future but I pay £7.99 for the entertainment pass - my Apple TV is working but I cannot connect to anything new not really very happy about this and the web chat is busy so dont really know ehat to do and I am a biut fed up really

Did you buy the nowtv entertainment pass from iTunes ?
When you go into the NowTV App on your Apple TV under the sign in section does it show an iTunes account name or your email address / nowtv username linked to a nowtv account ?

i can not wacht anything got message i do not have pass, I chech my account but there is not information i can not see my payments days or to add any pass . i think now tv is having problems ? i have my payment up to date i got tv from tv now web few years now
