Hi I’ve just joined and have a great internet connection, I’ve been streaming with Netflix and amazon prime for years YouTube etc etc anyhow - thought I’d try this and am really shocked at the poor quality? No other streaming service seems to be this inept? So why Now? I’m in and out backwards and forwards opening up 50 000 tans lol it’s a bloody nightmare. I’m on a free trial and two hours in I feel like chucking the whole thing in! Is it always like this? Another thing I’ve noticed reading through the forum is the patronising and completely useless replies of the staff here?! Very very very unimpressed I won’t be parting ways with my money for this pile of ######.
