IMPOSSIBLE TO CONTACT CUSTOMER SERVICES!!

can someone help me contact customer services? the live chat does not work and when i click on "send us a message" it just takes me back to the "help" pages in a never-ending circle

i recieved an email telling me i have ordered something and i will be charged after 2 months

i haven't ordered anything!

can anyone help?

if i don't get a reply from someone within 24 hours i am going to the press. i am sure radio 4's 'money box' or 'you and yours' would love to do a story on this shocking customer service.

i gave up waiting for an online chat after FOUR hours

there's no way of "sending a message" and the link just takes you back to the help pages
