I want to cancel 19.99 offer I signed up for 2 days ago. Website is not working to see the process

 

This service does not work over a VPN so its no use to me. I want to cancel, please send me the steps for this. Acc no 451M71845451

You probably don't know this but Now TV has never supported VPN on any of their devices or apps, that said you should contact Now TV's help chat, on the following URL, to see if they can do anything for you.
