I have been over charged !!!!

I have had 3 payments taken out of my account a £9.99 and 2x £7.99 on the 16/03/2018 ... i would like to know why as Last month it was a £9.99 and 1 £7.99 .. regards F.S

@Anonymous User if you go to https://account.nowtv.com/payments
It will tell you what has been charged for. Has anyone used a day sports pass for example? If you cannot find a second payment of £7.99 post back.

They both say £7.99 entertainment pass
But I have not use day pass of any kind as I work days and think I pay enough already as it is

@Anonymous User in that case, pop on to chat. They can check whether some how you have got a duplicate account. Btw if you get vouchers from Tesco/Argos it works out cheaper.
