I Want to cancel my film and entertainment passes

I am going round in circles, I purchased a now tv box, we signed up for both entertainment and movies pass. We let it continue and carried on past the free period. I want to now cancel both passes, when I log into my account and go to my passes the screen shows the now tv free trials instead of my accounts. It is supposed to be simple according to to the help screen, but it will not show my passes so that I can cancel them. Really annoyed .

I'm sorry to hear that you're not able to cancel. @Anonymous User has mentioned some good points there (thanks!) 

 

If you have any other email addreses, it would be worth a shot to try and sign in with them. Or if you can remember what usernames you would have used, that would be super helpful too!

Thanks for your post and welcome to the forum.  Do you have more than one account?  It sounds like your logging in using a different account to the one which was used to purchase the passes.   This help page gives further tips on finding the right account if this is the case  http://help.nowtv.com/article/Cancelled-but-still-​being-charged

When you're logged in with the right account, you'll be able to go to http://account.nowtv.com/passes to cancel.

 

If you're still having problems, Live Chat should be able to help you get to the bottom of this.  Click on this link http://help.nowtv.com/article/None-of-the-above and hit the Contact Us box on the left of the page, this will take you to the Live Chat & Email options (8am - Midnight). Best to use a PC/Mac.
