How to cancel

Help I only ever buy a voucher when I want to watch now tv. But they have taken money out of my account. I want to cancel and have all my details wiped clean. I have tried this but every time they say change password so now have 6. So don't know what I'm doing. Can cancel can get money back. I'm thinking about seeing a solicitor to help sort it. Because you can't get in touch with them. No email no live chat. Please someone help me

Welcome to the forum. When you use vouchers you do need to make sure you cancel before the voucher runs out otherwise it rolls over into a paid pass. If you're still struggling to get to your My Account > My Passes page then you should be able to send the NOW TV Team a message or get to live chat from the Contact Us page

That's weird didn't work for me either.
