Hi,
How can I remove all my details from the NowTV website. It states that my account will be reactivated I watch another movie. I don't want this option. I want all my details (credit card, address, email etc) deleted after the trial has ended.

Hello, this is a joke...there was a free trial and after that i got charged for 1 mounth. I didn't even used it...This is a shame....I want to close my account and remove my bank details...scamers...

Welcome to the forum. All free trials and monthly passes renew automatically unless cancelled. You can cancel your pass by going to your My Account > My Passes page http://account.nowtv.com/passes
You should see a list of any active passes you have on your account, with a cancel button next to them. Just click cancel and follow the steps all the way to the end.
You need to keep your card details on your account if you are still using NOW TV, even if you want to pay using vouchers rather than by card. However, if you don't plan on in the near future, you can pop onto live chat and ask them to remove your card details to deactivate your account.

Live Chat can do this for you. Click on this link http://help.nowtv.com/article/How-to-cancel-NOW-TV and hit the green Contact Us at the bottom of the page, this will take you to the Live Chat & Email options (8am - Midnight). Best to use a PC/Mac.

I also want my account details completely removed, along with all billing addresses and any private information related with my account.

Hi there
I am being charged £10 a month but my account details and bills both say that I am not subscribed to anything or have any passes, how do I cancel being charged this as I am not using the service at all?

Sounds like you may be logged into the wrong account and the charges will be coming from a different account.
Might be worth checking you haven't got any other NOW TV accounts, it often happens that people set up more than one account to take advantage of different promotions and explains why they keep getting payments made even when they seem to have cancelled everything. Alternately you might be signed into an old Sky ID you have from having had Sky TV or broadband in the past.
