Hi,
How can I remove all my details from the NowTV website. It states that my account will be reactivated I watch another movie. I don't want this option. I want all my details (credit card, address, email etc) deleted after the trial has ended.

I wish to cancel my account. I have not bought any Passes yet and am still on having opened the account today. I have decided not to go ahead with this after reading so much online about diificulties cancelling passes/accounts and money being taken after cancellation. Please cancel immediately.

You need to have a word with Live Chat. Click on this link http://help.nowtv.com/article/How-to-cancel-NOW-TV and hit the green Contact Us at the bottom of the page, this will take you to the Live Chat & Email options (8am - Midnight). Best to use a PC/Mac.

I got a now tv box a few months agowith 2 months free movies, i thought i had cancelled the auto renew but after reading all the posts about money still being taken from accounts i have checked and find i have also had £9.99 taken from my account on 5th august and also £9..99 taken from my account today 5.9.16 the account has not been used and i havenot watched any movies so i would like the account cancelled and ny £20 refunded, i have tried again tonight to cancel, but the system will not let me says something about cannot retrieve my details.
can someone please sort it out i cannot even get onto live chat cos the option will not come up when i go to contact us page.

Thanks for your help,I had a live chat with Stephen and got my £20 refunded, apparently the website doesn't work with chrome browser so that was causing the problem.

It is because chrome no longer supports
silverlight.
IE and Firefox work though 🙂

If you have any active passes you need to cancel you can do this yourself by going to your My Account > My Passes page http://account.nowtv.com/passes
You should see a list of any active passes you have on your account, with a cancel button next to them. Just click cancel and follow the steps all the way to the end.
If you are sure you also want your card details removed, you can ask live chat to do this for you.
To get to live chat, go to the following help page and choose the live chat option.

I'm very confused as I'm being charged 9.99 and 6.99 each month yet I haven't used my now TV for month sand have no packages to cancel in my account? I want to cancel my subscriptions completely... How do I do this?

Welcome to the forum.
Sounds like you have an ents pass and a cinema pass on your account.
Do you see your active pass when you go to your My Account > My Passes page?

If so, you should be able to click the cancel pass button and follow all the steps to cancel it.
If you don't see any active passes and you don't see any charges on your bills page
http://account.nowtv.com/bills
then you may be logged into the wrong account and the charges will be coming from a different account. Try logging in with any other NOW TV accounts that you or someone in your household has to see if the passes are on there.
If you still can't find where the payments are coming from have a word with Live Chat they can help you track down where the problem is. To get to live chat go here
