How can I close my account and remove my details? I don't want my details to be stored after trial

Hi,

How can I remove all my details from the NowTV website. It states that my account will be reactivated I watch another movie. I don't want this option. I want all my details (credit card, address, email etc) deleted after the trial has ended.

I you wish to cancel your passes, then go to the nowtv website, click on My Account (top right of screen) enter your correct username and password then select on the drop down menu My Passes where you should see the cancel button option.

Hello,

 

I have two NOW TV accounts. One from an old joint Sky account shared with housemates and then the one I currently use.

 

I want to delete the shared one completely. Is there a way to do this?

I wish to canced my now tv account and seem to be struggling to do so. I am being charged 6.99 each month for the entertainment package but after logging into my account it states i dont have any passes to cancel. How do i resolve this?  thanks
