Help!!!

I have a payment due today but your website is refusing my new bank details and now im gonna be charged because your website wont let change the details  so whats ur solution to this problem.       Thanks

This is a disgrace your refusing payment and not letting me update my bank details i shouldnt have to sit on the phone for a hour for nothing just to get no where i want this sorted out as this is your problem
