Help required from the team to activate my account and package request

Hi there I'm having trouble setting up my account and paying for a 3 month Entertainment/Movie pass introductory offer of £27.99. Went through the entire process, hit pay and then a pop us said "sorry there is a problem! contact a member of the team for assistance" ???
