To whom it may concern
I have been a customer for over a year and I got charged £9:99 on the 22nd of November 2018 to then hav £9:99 taken out again on the 10th December 2018 this is 18 days not a month, and it made me go overdrawn in my bank 👎🏻😞.
Due to this I cancelled my sky cinema pass thinking I had signed up to something else costing £9:99 so it’s confused me. Hope we can resolve this thanks.

P.s. you may save money by buying gift cards. Also, cancel rather than letting run, it may offer you a retention price which will be lower than £9.99.
