Free 14 day entertainment trial

I have just cancelled my cinema pass but was offered the free 14 entertainment trial which i clicked on, it is showing in my passes telling me to cancel by 15th March but i do not have a voucher code to apply and its not showing any entertainment on my now tv app on my tv, am i missing something, help needed please

You don't need a voucher code to watch your free trial (that's just if you buy a gift card in the future), if the free trial is showing active on your My Account > My Passes page

then you are good to go. Check you are signed into your NOW TV app with the same username, and if it still won't let you watch try signing out of the app and back in again.

PS don't forget to cancel the trial before the end date if you don't want it to roll over.

Out of curisoity are you using a YouView Box when attempting to watch your entertainment free trial ?

If so, the YouView boxes currently support nowtv on demand movies only

Not necessarily, I suppose it depends on what type of device that @Anonymous User activated the 14 day free entertainment trial on ?

Just thought I would throw the YouView box into the equation (just in case that the free trial was started via the website on some sort of internet browser and the playback device on the TV was from the YouView box).

Oh stop it @schnapps before we both get embarrassed! 😄 I was trying to think of suitable partnerships to compare to - Starsky and Hutch, Cagney and Lacey, Dempsey and Makepeace, but perhaps all the CCs are like Charlie's Angels (there's been loads of them over the years) with Karl as Bosley (bagsie being Cheryl Ladd) ... 😄

Anyway perhaps we should stop now before we frighten @Anonymous User away! Please don't worry Sarah, just a bit of morning madness with all the snow excitement!

Hopefully you've got some sort of answer here (if you are using YouView and don't have anything else you can watch on then remember to cancel the entertainment trial) but if you are still stuck post back 🙂
