The last couple of days in live chat I have tried solving this problem, I have been given 1 month free sky cinema pass code by a now tv agent, I redeem the code on my laptop and says i am acitvated and gives next payment date. But when I try and use my equipment it says i have to buy a pass, contact now tv through chat they say it isn't activated at their end, so given a new code and the same happens, and again and again ..... please help
