@Anonymous User how do you know it is a female thief? Has your physical box been stolen.

Change your password on your account straight away. I would also put a payment pin on your account so no purchases can be made without the pin, as an extra level of security.

 

You don't want to find movies and purchases from the Sky Store going onto your account so I would update these asap.
