Hi there folks
I've been going round and round for months now - giving same evidence and information - that four payments were taken out, on two cards - i was origignally offered two months refund and for the account to be deleted/unlinked - as i'd had two accounts -cos i;d forgotten my password at some time.
The refund did not happen and payments still were taken. (this was March)
i have the transcript. It cannot be denied - it is being ignored
I don't know what else to do - i am getting very angry - at having to supply this evidence - when they should have it on my account to my mind.
Any advice for one very angry customer,
