What type of voucher are you trying to apply, is it the voucher bundled with the nowtv boxes, a voucher code from places like Currys etc or a free promo offer like Merlin Entertainment etc ?
Out of curiosity are you using a voucher purchased from Amazon, where i have heard a couple of customers had trouble applying their code which Amazon didn't activate their end ?
If you are trying to apply the voucher code by going to the Now TV website with your PC, maybe try a different internet browser.
If that fails maybe if you have a device on the help guide article linked below, perhaps try entering the voucher code on your playback device (if supported) instead of going directly to the NowTV website.
