I was told to make a payment on the 9th which I did then a payment was taken on the 10th for the same amount £42.98,yes I have broadband with NowTV,this has left me in a bad financial position due to being told the wrong thing on the phone.i need this payment returned ASAP,and I bet i get nothing in the way of compensation.
