When you go to My Account > My Payments on here what does it show ?
Are there two entertainment pass payments or one entertainment and a day sports pass payment or just one entertainment pass payment on the same day ?
If it only shows one monthly entertainment pass for £7.99 only.
Have you ever created more than one account to take advantage of any offer deals or free trials for new customers (check all your emails addresses for any nowtv correspondence just in case).
Also if you go to My Account > My Passes where next to the FAQ there is help section about " i think i have been charged incorrectly " where if you click on the drop down arrow it should expand the topic and there is a link that you can fill in & complete which you can then forward onto nowtv for them to check your account.
