Device managing

Hello my sister and I share a now tv account it is in her name , we added our devices but due to them not being named and us not knowing which was which we used the limited removal of the devices up for this month. We have to now wait until September to change our devices again , it is possible to reset the devices so we can add on the ones we want to watch it on primarily ?

@Anonymous User As you've discovered, naming the devices is a good thing. That said, on the "My Devices" page each device has the date/time it was last used to access NowTV (3rd party apps/freeview don't count), so if you know roughly when you last watched NowTv on a particular device that should help identify it so it can be named/removed. Not exactly foolproof if two devices are always in use at the same time - but better than nothing.

 

Live chat are normally helpful in resetting device limits.
