Hello!

 

I'm having this problem. Cannot remove any devices even though it says I have removed them. They are still there.

 

Why isnt this fixed by now?! Clearly its a known issue after 22 pages.

 

Please can you fix this for me?

Me too. Have 4 devices registered. Wont delete any of them even though it says it has. Add a new device and it says my limit is reached.

 

Please help!

Thanks for your post.

 

We've reset your devices and you should now be able to continue viewing. 

 

Please note that a device will be added as soon as you begin viewing and that you can only make one change every calendar month.

I seem to be in the same situation with my devices, I've deleted one to add a new one, first of the month. It's said it's deleted & that I can deleted further devices this month, but it's still showing up as 4 devices registered, instead of 3, is this a common problem? How can I rectify this please?
