Device Management - Removing Devices

So I have 4 Devices listed and I have tried deleting some old ones to replace with new ones and the pop up appears at the top to say it was removed but they still show below and I cannot add a new device!

 

Annoying!

Same problem.any clue of how to get rid of devices?
Will not remove any of devices.

@Anonymous User the quickest method is to jump on to Live Chat and let them know you are unable to remove your devices.
Start at this help page, and at the bottom will be a Contact Us button, from here Live Chat should be available (hours are 8am-midnight).
Alternatively just wait for a member of staff to read your post and get in contact (could take several hours).

same problem. Up to 4 devices, tried to delete one, says I've done it but it's still there. Tried to repat a day later - same result.

Hi, this is happening with me too. Can't remove mobile or pc. I did have my chromecast on it, deleted that as per the email, but won't let me remove of or mobile. Any ideas?

Same here, four devices, can't remove on any platform Mac, iPad or iPhone.
Do we have to post here everytime we want to make a change?

I am having the same problem. Basically I have reached my maximum limit and so when I try to remove a device that is successful but I still cannot watch something on my roku box. Any ideas?
