Device Management - Removing Devices

So I have 4 Devices listed and I have tried deleting some old ones to replace with new ones and the pop up appears at the top to say it was removed but they still show below and I cannot add a new device!

 

Annoying!

I'm trying to remove my PC from my device list.

 

When I select remove it tells me it's been successfully removed except it hasn't.

 

It's still listed in the device list and I still can't add any new device.

 

I have also tried removing other devices as well but the same thing happens.

  

or is my only option to cance subscription, and start again?

Thanks for your post.

 

We've reset your devices and you should be able to continue viewing NOW TV.

 

Please note that a device will be added as soon as you continue viewing and you can only make one calendar change every 30 days.

Same issue, can't remove the device I want to remove.

HI, thank you for the very quick reply! THe only problem is I only wanted 1 device deleting, all my devices have now gone 😞 I need to get my origional NowTV box back on and the new one I am trying to add.

I have three of my four allowed boxes currently registered, so not at the limit. I have two that are identically named by default, so wish to delete both of them and then add them one by so that I can then name them appropriately. If I'm reconnecting the same boxes will that count towards the monthly change allowance? Thanks.

If you contact our Live Chat team they'll be able to provide you with more than enough changes so that you can rename your NOW TV Boxes.

Ranj would have completely removed all of your devices and provided you with a sufficient amount of changes so you can add back up 4 devices onto your account.
